TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CAUTION:
- Please don't smoke in the apartment! Please smoke only on the terrace!
- Do not turn on the air conditioning with the windows open!
- Use only the parkingspace in the garage assigned to you .
- Do not leave the trash in the apartment, nor in the common corridors or garage...
RESERVATIONS
Once paid 30% of the rent, your reservation is made. You will receive a booking form by mail (or fax) with the specific details of your booking.
The remaining sum must be paid in cash on arrival. It can also be paid making a transfer of the remaining amount to the bank account, doing so, make sure that the amount has arrived into the account at the time ofyour arrival here.
Please call us or send us a message an 1 hour before your arrival.
You can enter the apartment between 17:00 and 20:00 h, with the possibility of modification according to prior agreement.
If you see you will arrive with a delay (force majeure, etc.), please notify us immediately!
During the summer (mid-June to mid-September) rents will always be from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 days.
The apartments can only be "occupied" by the number of people we agreed upon in the reservation.
We usually don't accept pets, but exceptions can be made, with prior agreement.
The rent includes electricity and water consumption. Use it reasonably.
Do not abuse the use of air conditioning.
NOT INCLUDED:
The final cleaning of the apartment.
Even paying the supplement for final cleaning, the tenant must empty the trashbins and ashtrays and leave them clean.
When you leave the kitchen should be clean and tidy (dishes, sink, fridge...)
If there are foods or drinks (unopened) or other products, which you do not want to take home, you can leave them in the kitchen. Casa Dani will distribute these to needy people.
Casa Dani also expects tenants to leave the bathroom and the toilet as they found it on arrival...
On arrival, you must pay a deposit of 200 euros.
This amount will be returned on departure (subject to verification of damage and cleaning of the apartment).
Tourist tax must be paid ( the 2015 season 0.45 Eur / day) for person over 17 years, with a maximum of 7 days. This amount is determined by the Government and can be modified.
"All persons residing in Catalonia in a ' accommodation or a hotel", are required to register. Valid identification must be presented upon arrival, it is mandatory in over 14 years of age.
According to article 2 of the law the IRP / 418/2010 August 5, it's mandatory to register and notify, to the General Directorate of police services , all persons accommodating in Catalunya.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of reservations:
From the date of booking until 30 days before arrival: you owe 50 euros for administrative expenses
From 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% on the payment in advance
From 14 days before arrival, full payment will be maintained
